By accessing or using the Layver platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Layver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
Layver is a purchase planning platform that helps users set savings goals toward buying electronics products. The Service provides tools for tracking savings progress, viewing projected pricing examples, and expressing purchase interest through reservation intents. Layver is not a financial institution, lender, credit provider, bank, or investment advisor. The Service does not hold, manage, or custody user funds.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Layver immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Projected Pricing
All projected better prices displayed on the platform are illustrative and informational only. They do not constitute offers, guarantees, or commitments from Layver or any retail partner. Actual pricing may vary based on market conditions, retailer participation, and other factors. Layver makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the availability or accuracy of projected pricing.
5. No Financial Services
Layver does not provide financial advice, lending services, credit, or banking services. The platform is a behavioral tool for purchase planning. Users are responsible for their own financial decisions. Layver does not hold, manage, invest, or transfer user funds. Any savings activity tracked through the platform is self-directed by the user.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Layver total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Layver, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
